Our Electromagnetics module is the only fully integrated high frequency solver available for MEMS simulation. Traditional high frequency tools are designed for planar or quasi-planar structures, not for the high aspect ratio structures of MEMS. These tools also fail badly when it comes to highly resonant mechanical structures.

The Electromagnetics engine is coupled with ThermoElectroMechnaical (TEM) analysis capabilities. FullWave ElectroMagnetic analysis of electro-mechanically deformed structures can be seamlessly simulated for the first time within a single software.
