Continuously review process documents to ensure their scientific completeness, standardization and compliance with the project requirements. Identify priority improvement projects, ensuring the implementation and promotion of the project as planned. Solve online process problems and analyze, dissect and certify online product failures.
A profound understanding of MEMS sensor technology. An understanding of semiconductor processes is preferred. A PhD in the Microelectronics/MEMS/Physics field is strongly preferred.
Manage all aspects of product development. Liaison between our foundry partners and our customers in delivering projects on time. Hands on fabrication skills will be called upon. Occasional request to perform miracles and part oceans maybe called upon.
A "can do" spirit to plan, execute and deliver what may sometimes be Mission:impossible. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Advanced degree in MS/PhD in ME/EE or equivalent fields. 3-5 years of hands-on fabrication experience. Good communication skills are absolutely essential.
